Rob Handfield Advises Waiting to Buy a Home Amid Decreasing Lumber Costs
Rob Handfield, professor of operations and supply chain management, warns potential home buyers against purchasing during the initial decrease in lumber costs as it is still at peak price.
“I would advise people, if you’re building, hold off,” said Handfield. “Don’t do it just yet. You’re going to pay peak prices if you do it today.”
