Troy Pinkins

Director

Troy Jermaine, MBA, is the director of the Supply Chain Resource Cooperative. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Center, including the strategic development of programs and initiatives.

Background

Troy joined the Poole College of Management at NC State University as the Manager of the Supply Chain Resource Cooperative (SCRC) in February 2015. Prior to this appointment, he worked for the Jenkins MBA program for four years where he served as the program assistant. During his tenure with the Jenkins MBA program, Troy oversaw a wide range of functions within the Admissions Office to support routine operations including the management of the application process and special events.

Mr. Jermaine’s academic credentials include an AS in Communications and Media Studies, a BA in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Organizational Communication, and an MBA in Project Management. He also holds certificates of completion from the Equal Opportunity Institute, the National Coalition Building Institute at NC State, and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Since joining the SCRC in 2015, Troy has played a key role in communicating a clear value proposition for faculty, students, and corporations pursuing supply chain excellence through industry-university partnerships. He has been integral in leveraging the current state of the SCRC as a launching pad to broaden and amplify the organization’s impact.
